Alright, so get this – Raging Waves, the big water park out in suburban Yorkville, is gearing up to kick off the summer season next week. That’s right, folks, it’s almost time to break out the swimsuits and sunscreen because this place is about to open its doors for all the water fun you can handle.
Starting on Saturday, May 24, the park will be open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. for the Memorial Day weekend. And let me tell you, that’s just the beginning. From May 31 onwards, Raging Waves will be open daily with extended hours, so you can splash and slide to your heart’s content.
Now, I’m not really sure why you’d need to know all these specific details, but hey, I’m here to tell you anyway. From June 7 to 27, the park will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and then from June 28 to Aug. 3, they’re extending those hours to 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sounds like a pretty good deal if you ask me.
